JOB PURPOSE:
Reporting to the VP Talent Management, the Director of Talent Acquisition will play a crucial role in ensuring the talent strategies and tactics necessary for creating and maintaining an extraordinary place to work are implemented effectively. In this newly created, highly collaborative position, the Director of Talent Acquisition will play a key role during a time of growth and transformation. The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for setting the recruitment strategy, branding, metrics, and candidate and new hire experiences. The successful candidate needs to be creative and digitally astute in their use of technology and social media to attract the next generation of top talent. The Director of TA will provide leadership and mentoring to the Talent Acquisition team and engage with leadership as a trusted partner.
