What We Need
The Compensation Practice here at PROXUS is growing and we are looking for talented Compensation Consultant Professionals to join our team in a flexible/project-based or part-time capacity. Successful candidates will have the flexibility to take on project assignments as needed.
Our Compensation Consultants deliver both project-based and outsourced services, leading small project engagements and contributing as a key team member on large, complex projects. The pace of the work is faster than average, and quality is never compromised because we possess a high degree of specialized expertise and skill in maintaining established standards of quality and accuracy.
Drive, determination, and a self-disciplined approach to achieving results that meet established criteria are all necessary for successful performance in this role as a Compensation Consultant.

You are a talented, impressive compensation professional with proven knowledge and expertise in wage & salary program design, competitive market pay analysis, incentive plan development, pay equity and the myriad regulatory compliance-related aspects of compensation.
