The Sr. HR Business Partner will provide thought leadership and guidance to Trident leaders on various HR programs, policies, and processes. We are looking for an established HR leader who can lead a team of HRBP’s that will act as a strategic partner for all levels of the organization. This role will operate with a strategic lens and will help the HRBP team but must also be willing to dig in with teams and individuals to empower our people, diagnose issues, provide support, and drive positive and productive outcomes.
This hybrid position will be a combination of remote and onsite at the Trident Support Center office in Seattle, WA. Our hybrid work environment includes remote on Monday and Friday and in the Support Center on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
