Trinity Health Of New England is looking for a Mental Health Worker to join our team of mission-driven healthcare professionals located on our Behavioral Health Unit located at Mt Sinai Rehab Hospital. Our vision is to provide state-of-the-art healthcare to those within our local communities, creating a positive impact for each individual that walks through our doors.
The MHW responsible for working with the Registered Nurse in the Behavioral Health Unit to provide a safe and healthy treatment environment by providing direct patient care, observing patient behavior, collecting data, and providing group and individual interventions to assist the psychiatric patient towards recovery and rehabilitation.
