The Position
The Director will oversee all aspects of Human Resources including Payroll, Compliance, Recruiting, Benefits, and Employee Relations. This position will ensure that all HR policies/procedures are successfully implemented and followed to maintain compliance and consistency. This will be accomplished by working in partnership with management to address associate issues and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Qualified candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree and 5 or more years of progressive management experience in human resources. In addition, candidates must posses the following skills:
