Your Role:

The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for facilitating business change and performance across assigned groups by partnering with leaders to deliver on effective people strategies and workforce planning. Advises on recruiting and attraction strategies. Work closely with the Training & Development department to ensure effective new hire orientation program. Manage and resolve routine employee questions and concerns.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an individual who has 2-5 years of experience with:

· Workforce planning

· Recruiting for production hourly employees

· Manufacturing industry experience

· Ability to objectively coach team members and management through complex, difficult, emotional issues

· Supporting positive employee relations with all employees, supervisors, and managers
