TrueBlue, the people company, is looking for a strong, solutions driven Senior Manager of Human Resources to align our business strategies and lead a growing team of HR professionals. This role will focus on employee relations, thought leadership, be a strategic partner to all levels and employee engagement. This role is fully remote and can be located anywhere in the United States.

In this highly visible role as Sr. Manager, Human Resources, you will align our dynamic HR organization with executive-level business strategies as a Business Partner, and you will lead a tireless team who provide outstanding service and support to our organization. Your vision, ideas and solutions will be part of our future and your influence will guide leadership and employees in the development, implementation and maintenance of Human Resources practices, programs and tools.

Job Requirements
7-10 years Human Resource experience with 3-5 years of direct management experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven ability to diagnose problems and drive appropriate solutions
Knowledge of employment laws; deep understanding of HR best practices and company policies, with an ability to reiterate the why in a compelling manner to support ongoing compliance
Track-record of influencing and integrating HR and business strategies
