Due to our expansive growth we are now hiring a Human Resources Manager in the Midwest Region! You must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

The Role:

As an Human Resource Manager you will manage all HR functions including counseling managers on policies, discipline actions, development activities for salaried and hourly employee, advise employees on company benefits, conduct orientation for new hires, complete investigations, maintain personnel records, advise managers/supervisors regarding compliance and completes workforce data analytics weekly.

Pay Range: $60,000 – $70,000 + yearly bonus potential

Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership teams on performance management to develop pipeline and succession plans.
• Conduct employee onboarding and orientation and help organize training and development initiatives.
• Develop relationships and build trust with employees and leadership through consistent and fair action, communication.
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Drive and enhance programs, benefits, policies, and procedures that reinforce the desired culture and, when necessary, recommend, develop, obtain approval for and execute new or changes to processes and programs.
• Develop/Recommend HR processes that are aligned with company policies and programs; communicate processes and provide training as needed to ensure compliance.
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field or 3-5 years of Human Resources experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Proficient knowledge of employment/labor laws
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. Kronos) will be a plus
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
• SHRM or HRCI Certification a Plus or willingness to obtain
