Due to our expansive growth we are now hiring a Human Resources Manager in the Midwest Region! You must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
The Role:
As an Human Resource Manager you will manage all HR functions including counseling managers on policies, discipline actions, development activities for salaried and hourly employee, advise employees on company benefits, conduct orientation for new hires, complete investigations, maintain personnel records, advise managers/supervisors regarding compliance and completes workforce data analytics weekly.
Pay Range: $60,000 – $70,000 + yearly bonus potential
