Job Description
U.S. Bank’s recruiting team is hiring! This role will support the metropolitan, onsite/instore and community branches in the Midwest and Eastern time zones. As a Recruiter you’ll support hiring needs of assigned branches for the following roles; client relationship consultants (formerly called tellers and bankers), branch management and small business specialist. You’ll use your creativity to find talent, leveraging a variety of approaches. You’ll be a key partner for leadership in retail space, helping them strategize and hire.
Location: The role is open to candidates in any of the listed states. The role may be hybrid or remote depending on business needs and candidate location.
Basic Qualifications
– Bachelor s degree, or equivalent work experience
– Three or more years of recruiting experience or combination of related sales, marketing, or Human Resources experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
– Basic knowledge of talent acquisition processes including sourcing and selection of a broad, diverse population of applicants
– Effective project management skills
– Creative talent sourcing skills, ability to think outside of the box and tap into a variety of sources
– Ability to review and understand data, trends and metrics
– Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
– Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
– Intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems
