Position Responsibilities

• Manage human resources for designated corporate teams. 

• Consult and support business leaders in the areas of workforce planning, recruitment, succession plans, employee relations, performance, development, compensation, benefits, communications and overall people effectiveness. 

• Plan, design and deliver human resources processes and programs for alignment to business and company goals.

• Participate in key HR projects.  

• Partner with hiring managers and HR recruiters on recruitment strategies during a period of growth.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.

• 7+ years of HR business partner, manager experience and 3 years in a supervisory role.

• Knowledge of Workday preferred.
