Position Responsibilities
Examine and interpret Human Resources (HR) data to support workforce planning, recruitment, turnover and other areas critical to staffing.
Package metrics and insights for management to communicate with all levels of stakeholders.
Develop and modify intermediate Workday, Excel and Access-based tools.
Guide employees on Workday position management, maintaining accurate headcount and openings in the HR system of record.
Collaborate with other functional workforce forecasting teams to incorporate productivity targets and labor goals into the broader workforce plan.
Audit HR system transactions, identifying data integrity issues and organizing audit procedures or additional user training to correct.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, in Human Resources, Business Analytics or a related field preferred.
2+ years of Analyst experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be well organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
