Position Responsibilities

Build qualified and diverse candidate pipelines for a variety of mid-level careers and above, including corporate and branch positions.

Collaborate regularly with recruiting teams and hiring managers to identify talent needs and create successful candidate profiles.

Seek out and contact prospective candidates using online and offline resources, including websites and in-person events.

Qualify candidates through phone screens and on-site interviews.

Keep candidate pipelines engaged throughout the recruiting process.

Research and update the Recruiting and HR leadership teams on new and changing recruitment and sourcing technologies and methods.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.

3 to 5 years of experience in human resources or related field.

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), email marketing, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and similar resume databases.
