Our HR/Office Assistant takes on a broad range of supportive duties within the general office and human resources department.
The Person in this Position will:
Track employees activities related to the workforce.
Assist with HR issues as needed
Answering phones
Maintain employee files as to ensure accuracy and compliance
Involved in the administration of different benefit programs: Medical/ Dental / Vision
Support training and development in different departments in order to match the needs of the position and the improvement of departments
Perform other duties as assigned or required
