About the Role:
Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the SVP Human Resources Leader will lead our Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) and Employee Relations (ER) teams. The organizational structure is designed with you at the helm providing direct leadership to 4 HRBP’s and 1 ER Manager, plus 5 ER Specialists indirectly. Your areas of focus will be to align your team as strategic advisors with the business, evolve and transform the ways in which results are delivered, while simultaneously collaborating with each of the centers of excellence within HR (HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Total Rewards).The exempt role includes an attractive comp and benefits package, and you get to choose if you want to work remote, on-site, or hybrid from California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, or Washington. About You:
You thrive when you are building something new and/or making things better; maintaining status quo is not in your DNA. Your background includes combined experience as both a Human Resources Business Partner and as a Senior Leader of the HR Business Partner team within matrixed high-growth organizations. You have breadth and depth of knowledge in the areas of employment law, workforce planning, organizational design, and performance management. You have large company perspective and a natural tendency to consult, coach, and advise business clients and your team with a strategic lens. You reside in one of these states: California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, or Washington.
