Under Armour has one mission: to make you better. We have a commitment to innovation that lies at the heart of everything we do, not just for our athletes but also for our teammates. As a global organization, our teams around the world push boundaries and think beyond what is expected. Together our teammates are unified by our values and are grounded in our vision to inspire you with performance solutions you never knew you needed but can’t imagine living without.
The Teammate Relations Partner is a critical member of Under Amour’s Teammate Relations team. This team functions as the unbiased voice of UA, and is responsible for developing and implementing an employee relations program to effectively and consistently deal with complaints, investigations, and performance issues to promote positive employee relations. Our goal is to gain a better understanding of team dynamics and provide solutions to improve team functioning. We proactively address systemic root cause issues that prevent us from meeting our organizational goals. We do that by leading focus groups, providing performance coaching, and looking into teammate complaints and concerns. We deal with complex, high-risk, and/or sensitive individual and team-related issues, and make recommendations for solutions to address workplace issues with the goal of promoting an inclusive workplace that is free of discrimination and harassment. This position is located at our Baltimore, MD global headquarters and supports our retail teammate population.
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual’s relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
