The Senior Manager, HR Business Partner (HRBP), will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR practices for the Rialto Distribution House and another corporate group (s) in the Global Supply Chain organization. We are seeking an individual, ideally with operations experience, to partner with the Distribution and Corporate Global Supply Chain leadership teams to support the business strategy. The HRBP will support the distribution network and corporate supply chain leadership team (s) in managing the talent strategy, succession planning & performance management, talent acquisition, training & organizational development, teammate relations, compensation, and benefits. The HRBP will liaise between corporate centers of excellence and business leadership, overseeing day-to-day DH operations and managing projects and initiatives across the DH network and corporate clients.
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual’s relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
