The role:
We’re hiring for multiple vehicle transaction specialist positions! In this role, you will help with title, registration and renewal transactions by reviewing applications, updating customer and vehicle records, issuing plates and stickers and answering DMV inquiries. A day in the life:
Process and review applications and documentation.
Approve or deny applications and correspond with the applicant verbally or in writing to obtain missing information.
Process application payments.
Issue inventory, plates and stickers.
Provide customer service to internal and external customers, answer the unit’s phone line and reply to email inquiries.
Process clean renewal reminders.
Print registration cards and put them into envelopes.
Explain and apply laws, regulations, policies and procedures regarding titling and registering all types of vehicles.
Work is performed in a typical office environment and requires frequent uninterrupted sitting, highly repetitive work and lifting up to 30 pounds.

What we need:
Two years of general clerical experience, one year of which included typing, word processing, or other experience generating documents;
OR
An associate’s degree;
OR
Graduation from a private school of business with a certificate AND one year of general clerical experience.
