Full Job Description
Recruit/interview/screen applicants and coordinate interviews with managers for open positions
Provide HR Orientation for new team members
Prepare and process payroll
Process HR A/P invoices
Handle FMLA requests including tracking FMLA status
Complete quarterly Worksite Reports
Process 401(k) Loan Requests
Process all benefit enrollments and changes along with open enrollment
Assist team members with benefit and HR-related questions
Compilation of data and maintenance of records for Affirmative Action Reporting and Affordable Care Act
Maintain Human Resources records
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing data and trends
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws including DOL Wage and Hour
Maintain department inventory and supply orders
Maintain Employee Referral Program and Employee Anniversary recognitions
