This position is full-time (40 hours/week). Employees are required to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates high employee engagement
• Assist with researching and system issue error emails
• Provide coaching to team members
• Reconciling eligibility discrepancies and analyzing transactional data
• Working with underwriters and brokers helping with full enrollment process from inquiries to quotes
• Works independently
• Act as a resource for others
• Handle escalated issues – with a sense of urgency focusing on customer experience
• Collaborate with team to submit guideline updates timely
• Provide support for testing processes/system changes
• Process work from queue and process additional work on an as-needed basis
• Facilitate refresher trainings (as needed)
• Support new hire training (as needed)
• Confidentiality
• Partner with leadership on Training and Quality programs
• Collaborate with other team lead
• Complete miscellaneous projects

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR 10+ years of equivalent working experience
• 2+ years of experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties
• Moderate proficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
• Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

Telecommuting Requirements:

• Reside within Mainland USA
• Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
• Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
• Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
