The Division of Human Resources at the University of South Carolina is accepting applications to fill the role of Leave and Workers Compensation Manager.
Under the general supervision of the Benefits Manager, the Leave and Worker’s Compensation Manager is responsible for managing the Leave, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and Workers’ Compensation programs for all the University of South Carolina (USC) campuses. The Leave and Worker’s Compensation Manager is responsible for managing absence events, reports, calculations for each payroll. The Leave and Worker’s Compensation Manager monitors claim/cost data and prepares statistical reports for analysis. The Leave and Worker’s Compensation Manager collaborates with the leave requester, injured, supervisors, adjuster, and providers to facilitate satisfactory resolution of claims. The Leave and Worker’s Compensation Manager Ensures federal and state reporting requirements are met, to include the OSHA 300 Log.
