US Acute Care Solutions Hiring for HR Shared Services Representative at Remote Full Time

The HR Shared Services Representative will provide exceptional high-volume HR customer service support, via call center, to our workforce while applying superior client-focus, communication, and organizational skills. Strong detail orientation and analytical skills, critical thinking and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment will contribute the success within the department.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Serve as first point-of-contact through telephone or email regarding questions related to HR data, TCL and Workday navigation and HR/Payroll policies and procedures.
• Answer Tier 1 questions regarding Workday/TCL navigation and HR/payroll policies and procedures, referring to an online knowledge base for information and guidance. Assist employees with navigation through these systems with step-by-step guidance to complete tasks.
• Use a case management tool for recording and administering requests and may assist other service center employees with opening, recording, processing or closing cases.
• Seek guidance or transfer more complex and/or confidential inquiries/requests to the Tier 2 functional support.
• Assist Manager, HR Shared Services with establishing and improving upon defined HR procedures and process methods to efficiently and accurately meet performance goals.
• Assist Manager, HR Shared Services with monitoring and evaluating HR transaction workflow and volume in order to meet performance goals.

• Aptitude for learning new systems
• Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and report data in an accurate, timely and meaningful manner.
• Ability to work with sensitive data and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills including the ability to adapt and evolve as situations arise.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources or related field
• 2+ years’ experience in Human Resources
