Job Description
U.S. Bank’s centralized HR Advisory service center is hiring. This team handles Accommodation (ADA) requests, leave of absence (LOA), employee relations, performance management and COVID case management . As an HR Advisor, you’ll be assigned cases through the ServiceNow system and consult with leaders and employees to bring the case to resolution. This position will research, resolve and respond to a variety of employment-related matters.

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $64,770.00 – $76,200.00 – $83,820.00
