INEOS Composites is seeking an HR Business Partner for our US Composites team. This position is located our Dublin, OH, headquarters and reports to the Regional Human Resources Leader – Americas. The region includes 7 US locations, Canada and Brazil.

o Assisting Regional HR Leader with projects and initiatives
o Lead all areas of HR in designated business unit
o Partner with HR global center of excellence for benefits, compensation and HRIS
o Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to drive continuous improvements
o Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
o COVID-19 compliance and administration
o Successfully coach and counsel managers on people and organizational issues
o Knowledge or desire to learn about succession planning and performance management process
o Participate and lead multi-site projects
o Comfortable working with multiple HR systems – Workday, Kronos, ADP, LOA, etc.
o Using various systems to extract data used to improve management and employee experiences
o Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
o Ability to travel approximately 10%
o Must be authorized to work in the US
o All new hires will be required to become fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to their first day of employment
o Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification desirable
o 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience in a matrixed organization
o Comfortable being the face of human resources
o Demonstrated HR acumen with strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
o Knowledge and examples about improving organizational capability
o Using HR analytics to track and measure e effectiveness of HR performance
o Ability to continually improve, develop and challenge the status quo
o Ability to think strategically but also focus and prioritize tactical operational issues
o Supporting multiple locations – labor relations
