The Specialist, HR Service Delivery will provide key expertise to HR Service Delivery execution tied to COE/Department activity, and will provide executional support across the Service Delivery team, flexing work and focus based on COE execution and Resort/Function volume needs and operational cycles. The Specialist will also be responsible for engagement, communication, and training of Service Delivery and PeopleConnect teams in their respective area of expertise (COE) to enable an effective employee experience.

Job Responsibilities:
Proactive:
Collaborate and partner with HR COEs to understand their cyclical calendar and proactively engage with key stakeholders within the HR Operating model to ensure successful execution;
Accountable for the knowledge and communication of assigned COE events and cycles to the Service Delivery team in support of Resort/Department operational needs.
Engage with leaders and/or employees to as needed to support the successful execution of key employee Moments that Matter;
Provide ongoing feedback from Service Delivery partners to COE teams in support of continuous improvement for program/process execution;
Responsive:
Escalation point of contact between the Tier 2 People Connect team and HR Centers of Expertise to develop, implement, and establish standard operating procedures; communicate updates; analyze trends; and evaluate technology for improvement;
Research and resolve escalated cases assigned by Service Delivery partners for key business/functional stakeholders;
In partnership with their leader: perform background research and follow-up needed to resolve cases that cannot be resolved at the time of escalated contact, including root cause analysis;
Support the ongoing evaluation and maintenance of internal and external knowledge articles and resources that aid in the resolution of employee inquiries;
Produce reports and analyze data to provide robust insights to Service Delivery Partners, HRBPs and COEs, as needed;

Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Advanced degree preferred, or similar years of working experience
2-4 years experience in an HR support or customer service role, preferably in a shared services environment.
Strong knowledge of Human Resources programs including Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting and Onboarding.
Able to work autonomously
Passion for delivering world-class customer service with focused attentiveness and responsiveness to customer needs.
Highly self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
Work collaboratively with others, creating partnerships with management, colleagues, and the rest of the human resources function.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously, while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience with continuous process improvement
The budgeted range starts at $20.80 – $36.17. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
