Volume Cars is currently seeking a well-qualified Assistant HR Specialist to join our team! We are seeking someone that has a great understanding of HR processes within an automotive environment.

Automotive HR Assistant Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Recruitment/retention
new hire onboarding and orientation
Employee relations
Benefit review and coordination
weekly payroll process (ADP payroll system)
staying current on all State and Federal compliance rules/forms
MUST HAVE HR EXPERIENCE WITHIN AN AUTOMOTIVE Environment
Automotive HR Assistant Qualification necessary to be successful in this position:
Two+ years of relevant on the job HR Specialist experience within a fast-paced environment.
Tech savvy, you have the ability to learn and adapt to new operating systems
Professionally engaged and motivated.
You stay abreast on local, state, and federal HR laws and regulations.
Detail oriented
You are an emotionally intelligent communicator. You hone professional relationships and partnerships across all levels within an organization.
