Whether assisting with booking inquiries, resolving issues, or offering recommendations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have a seamless and memorable trip.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate information and assistance regarding travel bookings, itineraries, and destinations.
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining a high level of productivity and customer satisfaction.
