POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our growing Sales team. This full-time position will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key buyers and influencers in existing accounts. This position calls for someone who is truly ‘high velocity’ where wearing multiple hats is key to success. It’s well-suited for the particularly ambitious person who loves nurturing key clients and is attracted to or experienced in working at a high growth company. The right candidate has a relentless zeal to build client trust and identify expansion and cross selling opportunities with existing clients. This individual will report to our Director of Account Management.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Management:

• Manage and build strategic relationships with primarily Tier 1, 2, and 3 accounts by developing intimate client relationship with key decision makers, influencers, and buyers
• Own and drive repeat business fulfillment and CRM documentation
• Act as a trusted advisor to their book of business, with a focus on value realization and adoption of existing products
• Lead and coordinate resources for QBRs and create curated material for each client
• Partner and collaborate cross-functionally across the organization
• Drive People First partnership network and identify referral opportunities
• Partner with CSMs to drive customer advocacy asks such as referrals, G2 reviews, case studies, and references
• Responsible for account planning with Customer Success Managers and understanding the client’s position and growth plans
• Identify and review expansion opportunities with Customer Success Managers to support customer retention and expansion.
• Continuously educate clients on Velocity Global’s value proposition and service offerings that are applicable to the needs of the client
• Create a rhythm and cadence for communication with clients to understand business needs and objectives
• Maintain and increase margin and revenue based on company KPI’s
• Use quarterly forecasting and pipeline management to manage sales growth
• Drive client satisfaction, troubleshooting, and retention with sincerity and passion
• Quickly develop and maintain competency in the area of international employment

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of sales or account management experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience required
