Overview of Job Function:
Oversees the design, development, implementation, and the ongoing evaluation of the global compensation functions of the company. Reviews job descriptions, conducts job evaluation and salary surveys, establishes salary structures, develops salary budgets and prepares policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation. Works with HRBPs to assess competitive labor market trends. Maintains a working knowledge of global policy, federal and state legislation, compliance filings and all other regulations that may affect compensation policies or required government filings. Responsible for incentive, equity and bonus plan design and administration programs to attract and retain employees.
