What you’ll do:

• The Account Manager fulfills media objectives by organizing and facilitating media placements, coordinating/gathering media assets, and monitoring performance.
• Be responsible for campaign management, project management, and media logistics.
• The Account Manager is essential to our Media Planning & Buying division and must have a strong sense of campaign management and timeline efficiencies.
• Responsible for providing client support, maintaining internal databases, and monitoring media campaigns.
• Knowledge of advertising concepts is essential.
• Work with Media Buyers in aspects of planning, buying, reporting, and campaign analysis including online, television, and radio campaigns.
• Responsible for compiling data for regular and special reports, reconciling invoices, monitoring spend for select campaigns, and organizing and maintaining documents upon request.

What you’ll need:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing or advertising
• Required to demonstrate 1+ years related experience (with agency or broadcaster preferable)
• Monitor client media schedules for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
• Facilitate media placement by forwarding information, materials, and changes; coordinating actions with media representatives; resolving problems
• Track media campaigns; verifying adherence to contracts; recording fulfillment, monitoring compliance.
• Distribute station/network traffic & creative
• Campaign management via the Veritone Platform
• Oversee deliverables for client campaigns
• Key communication between all internal departments, vendors and clients
• Record media usage and results by collecting, verifying, analyzing, and summarizing data
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
• Research accounting discrepancies as needed
• Work with the Accounting Department to reconcile billing discrepancies and communicate monthly media billing reports such as pre-bill credit documents
• Maintain media proof-of-performance files (including the Veritone Platform, airchecks, digital banner ads, T.V. Integration, etc.
• Working with the MediaOps team to enhance/resolve issues and product development in the platform
• Analytical, creative and innovative approach to solving problems

Minimum qualifications:

• BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising or related fields
• Able to work autonomously or collectively in a high-pressure/fast-paced environment.
