Purpose:
The HRIS Specialist will serve as a technical point-of-contact for information systems supporting both internal and external customers. After initial training, the HRIS Specialist position will be hybrid WFH and in office.
Essential Responsibilities:
HRIS/HR Systems Support:
· Provide support for both internal and external clients for PrismHR (or other HRIS system), timekeeping and other HR systems. Responsible for retraining, due to turnover, of HRO clients on PrismHR (or other HRIS system) and related systems. Research and resolve system problems; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. Work with third parties and other stakeholders.
· Respond to support tickets in a timely manner, subsequently submit tickets to PrismHR (or other HRIS system) as needed and close tickets out of Zoho Desk.
· Assist in the review, testing and implementation of PrismHR (or other HRIS system) upgrades or changes. Work with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or integration with other tools or systems.
· After training is complete, the TCM is expected to be a subject matter expert on administering and maintaining our HR systems independently but will collaborate on high level issues and contact external technical support when necessary.
· Recommend, maintain, and document process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, or policy changes.
· Create, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
· Assists as directed with new client implementations and trainings.
· As part of new client implementation, responsible for employee file scanning and uploads into File Management System.
· Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Bachelor’s Degree desired, but can be substituted with relevant experience.
· 1+ Years of in depth HRIS experience.
· Skilled in analytics with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Functional knowledge of commonly used LMS and HRIS software.
· Excellent Computer skills including Word, Excel, Power Point.
· Making sound, independent judgments within established policies and procedure.
Working Conditions:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, phones, photocopiers, electronic postage meter, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Salary Range: $22.00 – 24.00 per hour
