We are searching for a full-time Jr. Web Developer/Designer to join our Software Development Team. This role offers hybrid work scheduling, allowing for remote work at the Mobile office.
Applicants must have working knowledge and initial training in UX/UI principals. The Jr. Programmer will support our Sr. Analysts in the maintenance existing software, with the long term goal of developing custom web interfaces using best practices and web standards.

Responsibilities
· Code web designs using HTML, CSS, JS, Node.js, PHP, Python
· Use CMS approach for design and template automation, WordPress a plus
· Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap
· Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex roadblocks
· Create website wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and
design ideas for desktop and mobile
· Debug issues with web pages and software applications
· Execute all visual design stages from concept to development to final hand-off
· Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
· Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and web standards
· Evolve and uphold brand and design guidelines for web and public-facing product pages
· UX/UI training is a plus
Qualifications
· Appropriate technical certifications at a minimum
· Training in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
· Ability to work independently and within a team
· Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
· Up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques and technologies
· Training and working knowledge HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping a big plus
· Network Support a plus
· Training/knowledge of Agile/Scrum development process a plus
