Earn: $47,000-55,000 annually

Primary Responsibilities
Clinical recruiting
- Establish and grow strong partnerships with our clinical and operations team to understand the hiring needs for our clients.
- Develop and execute a strategy for sourcing, screening, and interviewing a high volume of professional candidates that meet our clinical expectations.
- Manages timely responses to applicants including but not limited to receipt of the application, application status, and specific information reconciling applicant qualifications relative to job requirements.
- Develops and maintains a network and database of potential candidates for future consideration, including a pipeline of passive candidates.
- Develop (or utilize an existing tool) and implement a candidate tracking system.
- Develop appropriate metrics to track sourcing, interviews, and hiring data.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and job postings on external sites.
- Collect feedback from internal stake holders and new hires to continually improve the recruiting process.
- Performs advanced sourcing through various mediums including internal and external database mining, networking, associations, universities, community agencies, social media, referrals, online and traditional directories as well as other innovative sourcing methods.
- Conducts cold calls to passive candidates to present opportunities for critical, difficult, and visible positions.
- Promote Positive Development as an employer of choice in Illinois and Missouri.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with high volume staffing
- Physician Recruitment required
- Must be able to work independently to meet established goals
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate multiple regions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
