Medical Sales Representative / DME Account Manager We are a small Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company with a lot of potential in central Dallas. For more than 27 years, we have been a preferred medical equipment partner with strong local healthcare community relationships.We are looking for independent Marketers with established relationships with Primary and Specialty care providers in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.THIS IS A COMMISSION-ONLY OPPORTUNITY. Enjoy royalty commission off each lead you provide, and the deal closes. We might later consider employment providing a base salary and benefits based on your success.Great potential earnings!Job Type: ContractResponsibilities:
You will be responsible for developing new business within untapped markets. You will be calling on various organizations, including physicians, complex care/special needs clinics, hospitals, sleep labs, nursing homes (SNF), assisted living, hospice, and home health agencies.To be successful as our Medical Sales Representative, you will need to have the ability to develop strong relationships with new and existing clients through cold calling, referrals, regular follow-up, and other creative techniques. In addition, you need to be highly self-motivated as you will work independently throughout the day.

• Daily in-person prospecting of medical offices in the greater DFW metroplex
• Setting appointments with practice managers, clinical directors, physicians, caseworkers, and other decision-makers
• In-person consultations and presentations of our products and services
• Achieving monthly sales goals for new contracts and revenue contracted

What you need to succeed:

• Minimum three (3) years of experience within an outside sales role required
• Background in Durable Medical Equipment (DME), Feeding or Respiratory devices, Complex

Rehab Technology, Home Medical Equipment, and Wound Care are preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain solid working relationships
• Highly organized, strong interpersonal skills
• Effectively communicate in English, both oral and written
• Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and caution when handling sensitive information
• Understanding of Medical Documentation preferred
• Enthusiasm/Motivation, self-starter
• Exceptional sales experience and proven history of success, including account planning experience
• Willingness to travel in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metro area.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: Up to $80,000.00 per yearSchedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
