Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
10 years in back-office business operations
5 years in Human Resources Management (including direct-report management)
Success in the role will require a self-starter who understands how to zoom out for big picture evaluation before taking stock of individual specialty functions within the department. Asurance of accuracy and completeness of employee benefits and payroll is essential.
Responsiblities
Evaluate, direct, and implement HR policies and procedures
Communicate department initiatives and progress in relation to overall company mission
Be the subject matter expert and/or own the relationship with external legal counsel
Maintain competitive benefits packages and communicate/administer/implement updates
Support line managment with resources for performance managment, appraisals, and counseling matters
Manage payroll and timekeeping systems
Identify talent needs and counsel company leadership on solutions to talent deficiencies
Manage, coordinate, and act as first contact for recruitment, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new employees
