Voyager Home Healthcare () provides in-home Nursing, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Personal Care Worker services throughout the state of Colorado. We have office locations in Colorado Springs, Denver, and Pueblo and are currently in the process of expanding our services to Arizona and Florida.

Currently, we are seeking someone in the Colorado Springs area that will assist us with HR policy creation, technical writing and policy management. We document our systems policies, procedures, and processes in an extremely detailed manner. This is used for compliance and training purposes.
Job Responsibilities:
Writes about technical subjects for technical and non-technical audiences.
Creates scripts for video tutorials.
Tests and updates existing documentation and presentation materials.
Adheres to and updates in-house style guide.
Creates infographics and screenshot markups.
Creates and builds out user assistance infrastructure, including how-to sections, FAQs, and Help sections.
Updates, edits, and proofreads written materials such as procedure manuals, how-to guides, and FAQs.
Works closely with subject matter experts, specialists, developers, and the marketing team.
Monitors feedback of developed materials
Collects user data to determine areas of documentation that need revision and updating.
May serve on quality design, product development, or user experience teams.
Writes explanations of care interventions that are understandable for patients, families, and medical personnel at all levels of expertise.
Leveraging your education and writing experience, you will translate site training needs (technical and professional) from HR and Administrative Policies to site-specific plans and coordination with Department Trainers.
Supporting Voyager s strategic objectives, you will utilize your strong business acumen to advise the organization on forecasting development needs and coordinating training resources to address them.
Employing your learning and development skills, you will design, manage, and validate complex development programs
Partner closely with functional leaders and relevant stakeholders to continuously identify gaps, assess needs, develop creative learning solutions and deliver innovative training to improve the performance of leaders, teams, and individuals across the organization.
Measures and reports on the effectiveness of learning solutions that have been implemented.
Maintains and builds relationships with third-party resources, vendors, and partners to roll out innovative and experiential learning models while identifying new tools to enhance human capital capabilities across the organization
Define key skills, competencies, learning objectives, and pathways with Program Managers and SMEs
Design frameworks and tools to help build a culture of learning across the company, empowering SMEs with the knowledge and support they need to produce engaging learning experiences
Apply adult learning principles and systematic instructional design to develop and publish content on learning platforms and information portals
Develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials
Lead ongoing audit, evaluation, and updates of training content to ensure training effectiveness and accuracy, driving towards business impact and desired ROI.
Hours and Pay
Monday – Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm
$35-$40/hour
