Position Description
Overall Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Manager will provide HR leadership and expertise to business leaders and operations managers on the people-related matters affecting their business. The HR Manager will be responsible for a broad range of HR activities including organization and leadership development, change management, employee relations, talent acquisition and management with a strong focus on the assessment, selection, and development of best-in-class talent. The HR Manager adds value by partnering with business clients to provide innovative HR solutions and approaches to drive success and achieve business objectives.

Physical Requirements
Tolerance for sitting long periods of time. Possess finger dexterity to write, type, and use a calculator. Maintain adequate vision to view small print and computer terminal. Ability to speak and hear, walk throughout facilities with occasional light lifting (25 pounds), stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching with hands and arms required. Ability to travel between multiple facilities as required to perform core job duties.
