Intelligent Shift is looking for a Customer Account Manager in the WMA.
Responsibilities:
We are looking to grow our team with a customer account manager. Customer account manager (CAM) will be the primary interface between a client PMO team and stakeholders. Successful candidates have experience in management of requirements processes, know how to proactively engage with stakeholders, and can communicate clearly and concisely. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring stakeholders understand requirements processes, accurately capturing and refining requirements, and helping stakeholders’ facilitation the process smoothly. The CAM is responsible to assist stakeholder with defining support needs, meeting with stakeholders on a regular basis, ensuring accurate data is entered into the requirements system, tracking and facilitation of requirements, developing training, and supporting training programs.
