The Senior Manager II, Strategy and Business Development (W+ Competitive Intelligence) is responsible for executing on business area or category objectives. Coaches team members and provide feedback to enhance skills, knowledge and work performance. Have performance and career development conversations. Maintains team motivation and engagement.

What you’ll do…

• Lead development of analytical frameworks/models to measure effectiveness of business development and strategic initiatives.
• Lead development of competitive analysis (inside and outside retail)
• Partner with cross functional teams to identify member journey improvements based on competitive analysis
• Partner with leadership on membership strategy and innovation
• Anticipate outcomes of strategic initiatives for highly complex categories or business areas (e.g., impact on ROI/customer growth, conversion rates, profitability).
• Recommend key analysis and metrics for highly complex categories or business areas.
• Review research and analysis performed by specialists for highly complex categories or business areas.
• Support the director in developing the short-and long-term strategic plan for the category or business area
• Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs
