The Telecommunication Associate will work out of Orlando Disney Central and will center on ACD/PBX Level 1 support for 40 (forty) locations worldwide. As a Telecommunication Associate, you will partner with the Disney Central Business Integration team to fulfill requests for phone numbers and marketing campaigns The Telecommunication Associate will set-up agent logins, maintenance and ad hoc and scheduled agent, operational and telecom reporting. As the Telecommunication Associate, you will train new clients on softphone/hard phone and other telecom end-user tools. The Telecommunication Associate will travel on property or to the Disney Central Tampa location.

Basic Qualifications :

• 1 (One) year of Disney Central or Call Center experience
• Written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
• Proficiency within a Windows environment with the ability to navigate between multiple applications, some simultaneously
• Partner with internal and external clients
• Experience with data entry
• Experience with meeting deadlines
• Manage conflict resolution and make decisions through a delicate balance of integrity and partner resourcing Navigate between multiple and concurrent computer applications
• Disney Central Cast members: No more than one F/O (Falling Behind/OffTrack) in Presenteeism in the last six months, and no more than one reprimand within the last six months
