Walt Disney World Resort Hiring for Disney Central Telecommunications Associate Job at Lake Buena Vista, FL Full Time

The Telecommunication Associate will work out of Orlando Disney Central and will center on Avaya Red ACD/PBX Level 1 support for 40 (forty) locations worldwide. As a Telecommunication Associate, you will partner with the Disney Central Business Integration team to fulfill requests for phone numbers used in marketing campaigns The Telecommunication Associate will set-up agent logins, stations, as well as operational and telecom reporting. As the Telecommunication Associate, you will train new clients on softphone/hard phone and other telecom end-user tools. The Telecommunication Associate will travel on property or to the Disney Central Tampa location.

Basic Qualifications :

• 1 (One) year of Disney Central, Contact Center, or telephony/IT helpdesk experience
• Written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
• Proficiency within a Windows environment with the ability to navigate between multiple applications, some simultaneously
• Partner with internal and external clients
• Experience with data entry
• Experience with meeting deadlines
• Manage conflict resolution and make decisions through a delicate balance of integrity and partner resourcing Navigate between multiple and concurrent computer applications
• Disney Central Cast members: No more than one F/O (Falling Behind/OffTrack) in Presenteeism in the last six months, and no more than one reprimand within the last six months
