Recruiting
Under direction from the HR Director the HR Recruiter administers the recruiting efforts of WBH. This position acts as a point of contact for any questions related to the recruiting process from internal and external stakeholders. Responsible for the day to day configuration/maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and the overall recruitment process.
The HR Recruiter collects the job applications in the ATS system, and performs initial screening of applicant qualifications. This position coordinates internally with the hiring managers to interview the most qualified applicants for each posted position. This position works closely with the HR Director to ensure that applicants are offered wages and salaries that are consistent with the compensation practices of the organization. Responsible for creating and sending of offer letters to selected candidates.
The HR Recruiter develops job postings, screening questions, and offer letter templates. Performs data input and other clerical duties assigned by the Human Resource Director as necessary for the efficient operation of the Human Resource department. Coordinates with other team members to offer a smooth transition from a job applicant to an employee beginning the onboarding process.
The HR Recruiter is responsible for the management of applicant / employee data through the ATS system. Responsible for running reports that evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting practices and provides recommendations for improvement.
The HR Recruiter attends career fairs and other events in the community and professionally represents the organization to educate and drive awareness for employment opportunities at Wasatch Behavioral Health. Responsible for creating flyers and other materials to deliver to students and other interested job seekers.
Performs related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from High School plus two (2) years of college level coursework, or one (1) year of specialized training in general office practices and procedures, PC operation and various software applications and One (1) year of responsible experience related to above duties or an equivalent combination of education and experience; and demonstrated software proficiency. Preference given for individuals with lived experience as an under-represented minority and/or significant passion for DEI&B activities / ally ship for various minority groups.
Additional Requirements: Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing.
Compensation:
Base Wage starting at $18.17 – $23.00 DOE
Total Compensation (with Benefits) starting at $25.44 – $32.20 DOE
