Our Water Engineering Manager performs professional engineering work in the planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance of the water and wastewater conveyance and treatment systems. They assist in the overall operation of the Department by providing technical knowledge and assistance to staff and designing utilities to meet customer needs.
The salary range for this position is $111,019- $160,978 per year with a hiring range of $111,019 – $135,999, depending on qualifications and experience.

Our Water Engineering Manager will work with a talented team of engineers and technical staff to ensure that projects are designed to City standards, meet regulatory requirements, and utilize emerging technology and delivery models to bring best value to the City’s water and wastewater systems. Additionally, they will oversee the development review process as it relates to water and wastewater along with ensuring that utility locates are completed timely and accurately. Our Water Engineering Manager will see the tangible benefits of their work every day.
