Under the direction of the Vice President of Human Resources, the HR Manager will assist with the overall management of the HR Department. He/she maintains systems of information, provides information and assistance to employees, directors, and managers with safety issues, provide Payroll and Benefits Administration oversight, assist with full-cycle recruiting, and keeps staff informed about changes in regulations governing employment and ensures the agency is following these regulations.
