In this role, you will:

• Manage small to medium units of non-exempt staff
• Review accounts and workflow to ensure accounts and workflow is routed properly
• Review processes and team members to mitigate risk
• Ensure processes and team members are compliant with Policy and Procedure, and Regulatory laws. Respond to and validates internal and external audits
• Identify and manage risks
• Collaborate with Risk and Compliance partners to demonstrate processes, mitigate risk, and install needed controls
• Monitors performance of staff according to established Service Level Agreements and conducts performance evaluations
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback
• Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members
• Completing daily management tasks

Required Qualifications, US:

• 2+ years of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 1+ years of Leadership experience

• Proven experience with direct s and leading the team to improved success
• Ability to accurately interpret and follow policies, procedures, and regulations
