The Cards, Retail & Merchant Services team provides general-purpose cards, co-branded cards and private-label credit cards to consumers.
This Network Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of a newly created function, Network Operations within Cards, Retail and Merchant Services (CRMS), and have responsibility for the creation, compliance and oversight of the new governance structure. This leader will support all credit cards to support Network Rules, Mandates and Optional enhancements and will be responsible for building a compliance monitoring program after extensive review of network rules. The new team will ensure network requirements are documented and archived on an ongoing basis. The Network Operations Manager will create infrastructure for managing the new team, setting up new Governance and oversight structure on Network rules, mandates, and reporting to avoid financial penalties, and reduce operational risk in our processes.
Functions may include: policy/procedure administration and adherence, systems/change initiatives, business continuity planning, legal and regulatory adherence, SLA negotiation/development, reporting and analysis, project funding, pipeline, process improvement, quality management, MBO development, communications, financial control/budgeting oversight (example: monitoring business expenses) and/or team member processing (example: planning focal review).
