Human Resources Director: The Human Resources (HR) Director is responsible for leading and facilitating HR processes, communicating with employees and representing the company in all staff matters. This role oversees completing, distributing and filing administrative paperwork regarding new hires, termination, benefits and other workplace programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues.
• Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, and compensation.
• Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, and counseling staff.
• Accomplishes special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities.
• Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions.
• Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies.
• Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation.
• Maintains human resource information system records (filing and organizing documents) and compiles reports from the database, as needed.
• Lead administrative meetings, including meetings with staff to discuss hiring, job performance, evaluations and other confidential topics

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
