Westcor Land Title Insurance Company Hiring for Training Manager (FT) Job at Remote Full Time

• Develop and deliver new and existing Examiner training programs.
• Develop and deliver training programs for our global resource partners.
• Develop and deliver training programs for all internal applications for internal employees and global resource partners.
• Create collateral materials for all training programs and develop a methodology to keep said material updated and fresh.
• Utilize the latitude to treat customers’ problems as your own.
• All other duties as assigned.

• 1-5 years of previous management and training experience are desired.
• 5-10 years of previous title examination experience.
• Excellent knowledge of internal and external search systems.
• Strong English language and communication skills.
• High school diploma; college experience is a plus.
