Job Description
Workers’ Compensation Account Manager WHA Insurance is looking for an organized and highly motivated Workers’ Compensation Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Account Executive to provide knowledgeable and professional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate enjoys working both independently and as part of a team to provide an unbelievable customer experience. The Account Manager Enjoy:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service through efficient and accurate account management
- Answers calls from clients, prospects, and carriers reliably and professionally
- Process policy renewals and issue certifications as required or requested
- Review quotes, policies, and endorsements for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare sales information for customers such as proposals and policy summaries
Qualifications
- Insurance experience is preferred but we will provide training for the right fit and skillset
- Valid Life & Health license or willing to obtain one within 30-days of hire
- Must have very strong follow up, written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
