Now taking applications for full time position for a Full Time Car Wash Attendant at a busy full-service car wash & speed detail center located next to Costco in Gypsum, CO. Individuals applying must be energetic, enjoy working outdoors and indoors. Must be able to provide top customer service giving each customer an outstanding experience.
Starting Pay: $18/hour plus tips.
Job Description: • This is a hands-on physical position working indoors & outdoors in a fast-paced environment. This is not a “desk position”, it is for someone who likes being on their feet and interacting with customers. • Greet customers courteously and explain available wash services to them. • Provides a positive customer experience; friendly & positive attitude. • Scrub heavily soiled areas of vehicles; pre-wash exterior areas of cars • Move or direct cars into the wash area with a pleasant, focused, and competent attitude • Carry out visual inspection of vehicles to confirm their condition before sending them into the wash area • Work in the detail bay detailing cars • Carry out periodic maintenance of equipment used in washing to keep them in proper working order • Perform cleaning of facility and ensure everything is kept in the appropriate place and organized • Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to in carrying out given tasks daily • Ensure vacuums are unclogged, trash cans emptied, and hoses properly hung • With a sense of urgency, ensure the right thing is done at the right time with customers & and fellow teammates. • Ability to display courteous and professional attitude • Excellent customer service skills to ensure optimum customer satisfaction • Ability to work flexible hours, such as weekends • Ability to work outdoor and be efficient in all weather conditions • Must be able to lift, push, pull & bend up to 50 pounds. • Must have reliable transportation. • Mechanically inclined & sales skills are a plus.
