Requirements
As a member of the newly formed Buyer Experience team, the role will encompass a vital position by overseeing, managing, and delivering high-quality sales content, proposal quality, and pitch assets for Wipro globally.
The individual will manage local and offshore teams to create design systems, messaging, proposals, asset repositories, workflow, and QA processes, and support global sales efforts. In establishing the sales content practice, the candidate will collaborate with other departments in the creation of a supporting knowledge infrastructure, as well as the development and refinement of market offerings while aligning the aforesaid with periodical GTM efforts.
The individual will establish standards and a scaled approach that ensure sales content quality and consistency, the ability to leverage it across offerings/verticals/channels, and the ability to scale production. They will also oversee the content and market offerings lifecycle including producing, distributing, promoting, measuring, and retiring. They will manage, mentor, and scale as needed an execution team of proposal managers, copywriters, and visual, UX/UI, and multimedia designers.

Requirements
- A minimum of ten years of experience in creative content development preferably in the consulting services industry; agency experience a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably with a marketing/business focus. MBA preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated ability to set a content strategy, gain executive and stakeholder buy-in, then drive consistent execution of a company-wide content agenda at scale across a global organization.
- Experience building creative in-house agency teams delivering on a shared services model
- Ability to write, edit and oversee the creation of multiple content types, ensuring high quality and consistency of message/tone/brand; strong attention to detail.
- Have a knack for making complex topics understandable and engaging.
- Experience implementing and managing content, asset, and knowledge management systems.
